Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change and we are committed to being flexible with our customers. However, since we arrange bookings for skilled craftsmen, there are fees associated with cancelling or refunding bookings.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the service are free of charge.

Cancellation of a JEEMA service from 24 and 3 hours before the appointment is subject to a 50% fee for the customer of the total cost of the service.

Cancellation of a JEEMA service from 24 to 3 hours before the appointment will incur a charge to the customer.

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of service, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service.
